U.S. Passport
Flight cancellations due to volcanic ash are causing indefinite delays in receiving passport books and cards from the U.S.
If your passport has not arrived and you need to travel in an emergency situation, please make an appointment to apply for a limited validity emergency passport. More information is available from the Embassy website.

Embassy’s Courier Company Changes Phone Number
The Embassy uses a private courier company, Secure Mail Services, to provide courier services on behalf of the Consular Section.
On Saturday, August 1st 2009, the phone number for Secure Mail Services will change. The old number (0870-950-1760) will cease on the evening of the 30th and the new number will be 0871-562-6666.
