Consular FAQS

You should contact the London Federal Benefits Unit (see: How do I contact the London Federal Benefits Unit?) and provide the following;

• Your full name
• Your Social Security number
• Your new address including postal code
• Your telephone number(s) that we use to reach you during business hours

If you are moving from the US you will also need to provide a completed Form SSA-21, Supplement To Claim Of Person Outside The United States, (click HERE to download a PDF of SSA-21) - all questions must be answered and legible

You should contact the London Federal Benefits Unit (see: How do I contact the London Federal Benefits Unit?) and provide the following;

• Your full name
• Your Social Security number
• Name and address of your bank
• Bank sorting code number
• Bank account number
• Specify type of account i.e. checking or savings
• Your telephone number(s) that we use to reach you during business hours
