Role of the Embassy in Fiance(e), Kii and V Visa Applications
The Immigrant Visa Unit at this Embassy processes fiance(e) and V visa applications for residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and K-ii visa applications for those whose marriage took place in the United Kingdom.
Applicants who who reside outside the United Kingdom, should contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate having jurisdiction over their place of residence for further information. Kii visa applicants who was not married in the United Kingdom should contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in the country where the marriage ceremony took place.
On conclusion of the processing of the visa application, applicants will be scheduled for an interview at the Embassy and provided with instructions on scheduling a medical examination.
