Congratulations to New Nobel Laureates
Throughout the past week, the Nobel Prizes in Physiology or Medicine, Physics, Chemistry, Literature, and Peace have been announced. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of the winners of these prestigious awards. We would also like to send out particular congratulations to the American scientists who received the honor. Bruce Beutler shared the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine “for discoveries concerning the activation of innate immunity,” and Saul Perlmutter, Brian Schmidt, and Adam Riess shared the Nobel Prize in Physics “for the discovery of the accelerating expansion of the Universe through observations of distant supernovae.” Below are the full lists of this year’s Nobel Laureates.
