As a cost saving measure, IRS is no longer providing the Forms and Instructions Package 1040-7 for Overseas Filers. Taxpayers will need to ask for the specific forms and instructions needed when making requests of this office. As an alternative, publications, individual forms and their instructions may be downloaded from the IRS website.
