State Taxes

The Internal Revenue Service does not refund state sales taxes.  You must write to, or call, the individual State Tax Authority to ask if they refund sales taxes and the procedures to follow to receive the refunds.

Furthermore, we do not provide U.S. state tax assistance nor do we accept state tax forms for processing. You must obtain forms from each relevant state and submit completed forms direct to that state.
