Trade Shows
The UK hosts the Farnborough International air show and the Defence Systems and Equipment International (DSEi). They rank among the world's premier trade shows in their respective armaments industries.
The UK trade shows serve as forums for displaying U.S. technologies, promoting standardization and interoperability with our allies, and for demonstrating the continuing U.S. commitment to the security and stability of the European theater.
Customarily, these trade shows are scheduled on alternating years. The next DSEi will be held during 8-11 September 2009, ITEC 2010 18-20 May 2010, and the next Farnborough International Airshow will be 19-25 July 2010.
