02 November 2006 Ambassador Tuttle Visits Bristol
On November 2, Ambassador Tuttle traveled to Bristol. He visited the Clifton Mansion House for tea with the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress. Next he visited Business West, where he was briefed on the local business and economic scene, before meeting with a group of local industry representatives. The day ended with a visit to the University of Bristol. The Ambassador engaged with students during a question and answer session. Following a meeting with the university's Pro Vice-Chancellors, the Ambassador toured the University's Centres of Excellence in Medical Sciences and Chemistry.
