United States Ambassador, Robert H. Tuttle Expresses Condolences on the Death of Robin Cook

Like his friends around the world, Robin Cook’s friends at the United States Embassy in London were shocked and saddened by his sudden death in Scotland on August 6, 2005. Mr. Cook was a friend of the United States and a friend of countless Americans. While we had our differences, we always knew he spoke from the heart, and we remain extraordinarily grateful for the leadership he displayed as Great Britain’s Foreign Secretary, especially during the war in Kosovo. We shall miss him.
