Just heard that the registration period for DV-2011 has been announced, but I don’t have access to a computer. How can I register?

You may have someone submit an entry on your behalf. Regardless of whether you submit the entry, or assistance is provided by a friend, relative or attorney, only one entry may be submitted in your name and you remain responsible for ensuring the the information is correct and complete.
Regardelss of who submits the entry, please remember that there is only one official U.S. government website and that is http://www.dvlottery.state.gov.
