map of USAThe medical conditions you have listed will not affect a persons eligibility to travel to the United States.  If they are otherwise qualified, they may travel visa free under the Visa Waiver Program.  Travelers who are not familiar with visa free travel should visit our webiste and check out the visa waiver wizard.  

Medical conditions which may affect travel are communicable diseases of public health significance: Chancroid; Gonorrhea; Granuloma inguinale; Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; Leprosy, infectious; Lymphogranuloma venereum; Syphilis, infectious stage; Tuberculosis, active.

In such cases, the traveler is required to apply for a visa as s/he is not eligible to travel visa free under the Visa Waiver Program.  In addition, travelers with a physical or mental disorder and a history of behavior associated with the disorder that may pose or has posed a threat to their property, safety or welfare or that of others and those where the  behavior is likely to recur or lead to other harmful behavior are required to apply for visa.
