Emergency Travel
The first thing you should do is check your eligibility to travel visa free under the Visa Waiver Program – http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new/visa/visa_wizard.html. If you still require a visa, you should call the Operator Assisted Information Service for assistance stating the nature of the emergency.

To whom it may concern,

Victor – when you contact the Operator Service, you will be offered the earliest available appointment. If you require an earlier appointment than the one you were offered, you may wish to periodically recall the Operator to try and obtain an earlier appointment through a cancellation.
