I have seen your posts and am confused. I am applying for H-4 visas for my children, but as I already have my visa, I will be applying for them by courier. Do I complete the DS-160 or DS-156?
The requirement that petition based applicants complete the DS-160 applies only to those who will appear in person for an interview with a consular officer on or after Febrary 4, 2010. If you will be submitting your children’s applications through the courier service you may complete the DS-156 for them.
